Welcome to the home of Prateek Rustagi Photography

Since you are here, we already have something in common: our appreciation of beauty. I have been a photographer in the Toronto (GTA)- Durham region but am ready to travel anywhere a wedding may call me.

I had a very little exposure to the world of photography while growing up in India. Still, I've always appreciated arts and crafts. When I used my parents' digicam to record a car show for the first time, it was love at first sight, and I've never looked back.

To expand my expertise, I enrolled myself in a photography certification school in 2016. A year later, I purchased my first professional camera in order to begin my career in this wonderful field.

I came to Canada in 2019, and I still clearly recall my first photo session here, which happened to be on my birthday (I couldn't have asked for a nicer present). Despite being far from my family and friends, I can still revisit my old images and relive the good times I had with them as if they were yesterday anytime I'm feeling homesick. I want to utilize my photos to help you connect with my memories, just as they help me connect with my lovely ones.

I produce art that honours your individual story in addition to being a reflection of it. I feel incredibly fortunate and privileged when a couple chooses me to be a part of their special day because it fills me with such joy to be able to capture their fleeting moments and experiences.

When I am not photographing

You can find me having fun with my loved ones and my dog "Mocha" or taking lengthy drives through the outdoors with no plans or return dates and just an intention to explore and have adventures.

I also do maternity, event and lifestyle photography

My photographic adventure began when a friend asked me to attend a restaurant launch party. This is when I fell in love with meeting new people and documenting their genuine, happy reactions. After that, I experimented with a variety of genres, such as fashion and maternity.
